Pros : perfect size, easy to work with, nice price
Cons : none
Other Thoughts : Works perfectly in the Firebox8. Kiln wash was no problem to add. Did it’s job perfectly in the Kiln.

This rugged mullite clay shelf protects the floor of your kiln and allows you to position your project to allow for even heating. Shelf is designed to fit most 8″ square kilns such as the V8 or Studio8, and measures approximately 7-1/4″ x 7-1/4″ x 3/8″. Please note that kiln shelf may vary in size and shape from listing due to manufacturing process. Apply shelf wash or use fiber paper as a separator to keep glass from fusing to the shelf.
