Liquid gold takes the gold

Pros : I use this to add the name of the baby being baptized in my baptism bowls. Adds such a nice touch.

Cons : Often won’t ship to Alaska because it’s flammable which is a nuisance I have to work around. Not Delphi’s fault…I guess the FAA wants to keep jets in the air safely.

Other Thoughts : The bottle goes a long way. Use in well ventilated area or get dizzy!

Pros : I have so much fun adding gold highlights with this glaze. It fires to a bright shinny gold.

Cons : I use a brush instead of a pen, I found I got better results

Product Description

Add elegant real gold accents to your fused art with liquid metals. Colorobbia Bright Gold is easy to apply with a brush, or for more control use with an outline pen, such as item #1553 or #1554, or a paintbrush. Simply fill pen with metals to write and draw fine details. Clean and dry glass surface thoroughly before using – do not apply where a grease pencil, carbon tracing, turpentine or finger has been applied. Bright Gold contains 10-11 percent gold by weight and fires to a brilliant finish between 1150° and 1300° F. 2 gram bottle.

Note: If you encounter defects in the metal after first firing, fire again to resolve.
