Easy on the neck!

Pros : I love this grinder. Being able to tilt the table top really helps with stress and tension on my neck and shoulders.

Cons : Grinders are typically noisy but this one is extra noisy. Sometimes it makes a loud pitch noise that is on and off. I have not found a way to make it stop yet.

Pros : Never breaks down. Water pump works great. I never have problems with it and I’ve had it for years.

Cons : None.

Other Thoughts : Will definitely buy other Gryphon products.

Awesome sidekick!

Pros : Converts to angled platform so you can sit while grinding
Uses different size bits
Constant cooling with water pump

Cons : Haven’t found any

Other Thoughts : This is a breeze to use and it’s easy to switch bits and rotate platform surface. I love my gryphon grinder!

Product Description

The Gryphon Convertible Grinder offers a revolutionary advance in comfort.
By simply rotating the base, the grinding surface converts from horizontal to inclined. For the first time, you can sit while grinding. Even if you stand, the inclined work surface reduces fatigue because you no longer need to stoop over your work to see what you are doing. See specifications and features for full product details.

An electric pump supplies a constant flow of water directly to the bit regardless of saw orientation. Because of the way the water is directed onto to the bit, there is virtually no splash. No sponge is required in this arrangement. Pump must be primed first.

The Convertible grinder comes with a face shield, 1″ and 1/4″ bits, electric pump, and second story worksurface.
