Pros : Easier to make cuts compared to other nippers.
Cons : After about 20 nips I have to stop and use the provided Allen wrench to tighten the screws. They get wobbly very quickly

Pros : These are fabulous for 1 or 2 mm precision nibbles and will save many trips to the grinder.
These nippers are beautifully well constructed, lightweight and easy to hold.

Cons : They will not snip more than a thin sliver at a time.
They will not nip thin glass or mirror.
The way I hold my glass to nip, they catch and pinch my skin.
Expensive.

Other Thoughts : I would give them 5 stars if my intention was to purchase a “supplemental” tool for making tiny shaping nips. BUT, I needed to replace my dull old wheel nippers and these won’t cut a half inch or even quarter inch at a time. They will not nip thin glass either. It was a big investment for a very limited use item. I still need to buy another pair of nippers for regular snipping strips into mosaic squares as these won’t do that job at all. Big dissapointment because they are a quality tool, just for a different application.
